If you have a job offer from a prospective employer in the United States, you may be able to work and live in the United States, provided that you are otherwise eligible. If your prospective employer wants to hire you for a limited period of time, you may be eligible for one of the various temporary employment visas depending on your classification. If you have the right combination of skills, education, and/or work experience and there are no sufficient U.S. workers in your area, you may be able to live permanently in the United States. Additionally, if you have plans to open a business in the United States, business or investor visas may be available for you.
